I am thrilled to be joining Team CASA for a second time! I have served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate in Cook County for over 3 years and have seen first-hand the impact that advocacy can have on the trajectory of a child’s path through the child welfare system. With thousands of children in protective care and only so many CASA advocates, I am running to grow CASA’s volunteer network and increase the number of cases CASA is able to support.
