Team CASA is here to support the children abused and neglected in the foster care system. A future goal of mine is to foster the children in the system to show them there is hope, great people in the world, and life can be a great and safe place to learn and grow. Running has always been my therapeutic safe space to solve and heal my childhood wounds, and running to support a great cause will always be near and dear to my heart. Combining goals and life passions was the easiest choice. As a veteran runner of Team CASA, I am back at it again to support this great cause!
