Meredith Gardner

I am truly grateful to be running with team CASA in the Chicago Marathon 2025. They inspire me in how involved they are in their respective communities. Even though I am from Dallas, Texas, I am familiar with the CASA organization and the impactful role they play in the lives of children in our community. The cross-country commitment of advocating for children in the foster care system is a privilege to be apart of and I hope to increase funding to these crucial programs. Though I am a healthcare worker, I believe love a healing begins well beyond the walls of our hospitals. CASA is a testament to one of the many ways we can ensure that happens for children in our communities.
