OTHERS BENEFITING
CASA OF COOK COUNTY

CASA of Cook County is thrilled to have an amazing network of individuals, corporations, and organizations that sponsor events to support our work with children who have experienced abuse and neglect. If you are interested in hosting an event to benefit CASA of Cook County, please contact Abby Vlahos at abby.vlahos@casacookcounty.org.

Since 1989, Kappa Alpha Theta has been a philanthropic partner of CASA, leveraging the power of the sisterhood’s collective impact. Theta’s Chicago-area college and alumnae chapters sponsor events to support CASA of Cook County which allow us to recruit, train, and supervise CASA Advocates.

Unison Home is donating 50% of net proceeds of online sales on Martin Luther King Day, January 20, 2020, to CASA of Cook County.  Visit the online store at unisonhome.com.

“Unison designs and curates a selection of modern home furnishings, specializing in textiles distinguished by unique pattern and timeless quality. What does it mean to stand in Unison? It’s where modern meets timeless, where original joins with versatile, where quality and transparency move forward in lockstep. This is our intersection, the space where our team sits rooted in modern perspective.”

Thank you, Unison!

Smokeball is pleased to announce its second annual Season of Giving to benefit CASA of Cook County.  Until Thanksgiving, 2019, Smokeball will donate $100 for each short software demonstration attended by a small law firm.  By booking a demo—and by telling your legal network to do the same—you’ll be supporting your firm at the same time you are supporting CASA and the invaluable work they do.  Last year, Smokeball’s Season of Giving raised $8,000 for CASA.  That money allowed CASA to hire additional training resources so that more Special Advocates, or CASAs, as the organization affectionately calls them, can assist children moving through the foster care and court system.  This year, CASA has been tapped to provide many more CASAs to children in the system in Cook County, and Smokeball is committed to helping meet that need.  Smokeball’s goal, with the help of small law firms all over the country, is to double last year’s gift.  If you or your firm has ever been interested in practice management software, there’s no better time to see it in action than now!  Visit ww.smokeball.com/demo today to support your firm and support CASA of Cook County!
